OK folks, this is it—one final push to get those abstracts in. Please follow the ABSTRACT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS about how all abstracts should be formatted and email them to me at murphylp@vet.upenn.edu no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on January 15, 2015. I will respond to every submission within 48 hours so you know I have received your abstract. If it’s been longer than that and you haven’t heard from me I encourage you to contact me again by either email or phone (610-925-6217).

Students submitting travel award applications (STUDENT TRAVEL AWARDS INSTRUCTIONS, also due January 15, 2015) must submit their abstracts to me AND also submit their abstracts and the rest of their application materials separately to the specified email address to be considered for the conference.

Conference registration for the April 2015 IAAAM Conference in Chicago is also open at https://www.etouches.com/iaaam. To take advantage of early registration fees for the conference and all associated events and workshops, please be sure to register prior to March 1, 2015
