The hotel cost will be $144.00/night  and the conference rates at the hotel will start on April 29 so than you can come early and enjoy San Antonio. There will be free shuttles to SWSA and free buses to Riverwalk will be available one of the afternoon/evenings. SWSA will be open Thursday 4/30 – Sunday 5/3/2009 with an activity on one afternoon/evening and the ice breaker will be on Saturday, May 2.
