IAAAM Conference Refund Policy

All cancellations and request for refunds must be submitted in writing by:

• 90 days prior to the start of the conference for a 100% refund.
• 60 days prior to the start of the conference for a 75% refund.
• 30 days prior to the start of the conference for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations after 30 days prior to the start of the conference.

Requests for refunds will be processed by six weeks after the conference has ended.

Refund requests should contain:

• your name
• the name of any registered guest(s)
• your contanct information
• list of charges (registration, activities, workshops, etc)
