OK, folks—in less than a week we’ll be descending on Chicago for the 46th Annual IAAAM Conference. The snow is gone, spring is in the air, and here are a few final details:
ALL SPEAKERS – PLEASE READ THIS
As mentioned in our recent newsletter, Animal Professionals will be filming and archiving all conference sessions, including the poster session. All speakers can choose to opt in or out of this service and should review this Presenter Letter and License.
Copies will be available to sign electronically in Chicago. Any questions about the service can be directed to Raquel Gardner at firstname.lastname@example.org. Signed forms can either be emailed to Raquel ahead of time or turned in at the conference registration desk. All speakers should bring their talks to the registration desk when they arrive so Animal Professionals can start loading them onto the conference computers.
To all poster presenters, your session chairs will remind you of this, but the word from our hosts is that poster dimensions need to be limited to 48 inches or less.
Getting to Swissotel Chicago from the airport
For those of you flying into either Midway or O’Hare you can take public transportation to the loop from either airport and then it’s just a short walk or cab ride to the hotel. For sedan service from either airport, please follow this link: http://airportexpress.hudsonltd.net/res?USERIDENTRY=IAAAM2015&LOGON=GO.
Even more information can be found at http://www.choosechicago.com/, including an events calendar.
