Cancellation Policy:

A conference refund policy has been established by the IAAAM Board. All cancellations and request for refunds must be submitted in writing by April 22nd in order to receive a refund (less a $50 processing fee). Refunds will not be available after April 16th but substitutions for the same registration type are allowed.

The refund will be issued within 2 weeks of receipt of the request by check or credit card refund (depending on original method of payment) to the person or agency that made the original payment.

Attendance Type Change:

It is strongly encouraged that attendees register once they are confident their plans will not change. However, if something happens to alter your travel arrangements, attendees can change their registration type from in-person to virtual at any time; HOWEVER, please note that there will be no refund of the cost difference.
